“Black Heart” Series Locked Viewers to the Screen with Its First Episode, The Twins’ Revenge Story Begins
Show TV’s new series “Black Heart” attracted great attention with its first episode aired on Thursday evening. This new production, signed by Tims&B Productions and produced by Timur Savcı and Burak Sağyaşar, managed to attract attention with both its story and cast. The first episode that was released also had a great impact on social media, and viewers welcomed the series with complimentary comments. The series, which remained on the agenda for a long time with the #BlackHeart tag on Twitter, also made a successful start in terms of ratings. “Black Heart”, which achieved above-average ratings in both all individuals and ABC1 groups, aims to expand its audience even more in the following episodes.
The first episode featured emotional moments and tension-filled scenes that deeply affected the audience. The opening episode of the series, starring Ece Uslu, Aras Aydın and Hafsanur Sancaktutan, began with the tragic story of two siblings named Nuh and Melek. The twins experienced great pain when their grandmother Sakine Hanım, who raised them and whom they considered mother, passed away. Along with this sadness, the secret they learned about their mother caused a new era in the siblings’ lives. Learning that their mother Sumru had left them years ago, Nuh and Melek left their hometown in great anger and set off for Cappadocia. This journey began the siblings’ confrontation with their mother and their revenge-filled showdown.
On the other hand, the Şansalan family, one of the rich and powerful families of Cappadocia, is also struggling with their own internal issues. Cihan, the eldest son of the head of the family, Samet Şansalan, from his first marriage, returned from Germany and visited his family to attend the opening of their new hotel. However, unrest is growing within the Şansalan family. The irresponsible behavior of Samet’s other son Esat caused constant arguments between the father and son, and one night Esat was brought to the police station for using a prohibited substance, which was the final straw. Samet fell ill after this incident and the whole family rushed to the hospital. Samet confessed to his son Cihan that things were going badly and that he had lung cancer. With this confession, Cihan had to take over the business and get his family together.

One of the important developments in the first episode of the series was the relationship between Cihan and Sevilay. Cihan learned that Sevilay was not actually his cousin and had to accept that he had to marry Sevilay for the salvation of the holding. This shocking truth was a major turning point for both Cihan and Sevilay. However, Sevilay was very surprised when she opposed her mother Hikmet’s plans to force her to marry Cihan.
On the one hand, Nuh and Melek’s confrontation with their mother Sumru was also one of the emotional peaks of the episode. Coming face to face with her children whom she abandoned after years, Sumru could not hide her helplessness in these difficult moments. Nuh and Melek were determined to demand an explanation from their mothers, and it seems that this confrontation will deepen even more in the upcoming episodes.
The second episode trailer of the series also excited the audience. In the trailer, Nuh and Melek’s showdown with their mothers, Cihan and Sevilay’s engagement ceremony, and the complicated events that took place within the Şansalan family drew attention. Sevilay’s crossing paths with Nuh added a new dimension to the story, while Sumru seeing Melek at the mansion created a great shock. Events will become even more complicated when the twins swear revenge against their mother.
Directed by Uluç Bayraktar and written by Yıldız Tunç, “Black Heart” will make a name for itself in the new season with its strong cast and gripping story. The series, which stars successful names such as Ece Uslu, Aras Aydın, Hafsanur Sancaktutan, Burak Tozkoparan and Burak Sergen, will meet the audience on Show TV screens on Thursday evenings.
