Turkish and American Business World Gathered at the Turkevi

Ali Koçak, President of the Turkish American Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TACCI), hosted leading representatives of the Turkish and American business world at an event held at the Turkish House in New York. This special event was organized in cooperation with TACCI and the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ), with the aim of furthering trade relations between the US and Turkey.

The event was attended by prominent figures such as Turkey’s Consul General in New York Ambassador Muhittin Ahmet Yazal, TACCI President Ali Koçak, CIANJ President Anthony Russo, as well as many chamber of commerce representatives, trade attachés and bureaucrats. Melih Göğebakan, the first Turkish media coordinator to be included in the media team of the new US President Donald Trump, and Gülay Aydemir, President of the Federation of Turkish American Associations, were also among the notable names attending the event.

Cooperation Opportunities between Turkey and the United States were discussed
The meeting provided an important basis for further developing the existing trade relations between the two countries, increasing joint investment opportunities and strengthening cultural relations.
